Guidelines
Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts and/or papers to a scientific committee of the conference. The notification of acceptance will be dispatched after the decision making from the scientific committee. The authors of accepted abstract are then requested for extended abstract for the papers. Only accepted papers will be published in the proceedings.
The deadline for abstract submission has been extended from August 10 to August 31. The notification of acceptance will be announced at September 15.
To submit an abstract, please access the abstract submission page through the ‘ABSTRACT SUBMISSION’ button below. Please note that a Google account is required for abstract submission. For Presentation
Oral
Time for oral presentation will be 15 minutes including 5 minutes Q&A. The oral presenters should save your materials on a USB drive with a format that can be presented at the oral session (e.g. *.pdf, *.pptx).
Posters
The poster presenters should prepare the poster in size A0 (Width 84.1 cm, Height 119 cm). The poster should be posted before the start of each poster session, and presenters are asked to be at their assigned poster boards during the entire length of the poster session.

Registration Fees
Registration deadline (Early registration deadline) : August 21 ~ October 20 (August 21 ~ September 15) The registration fees are USD 250 for professionals, and USD 150 for students and accompanying persons (Expense for field trip included). Payments and issue of receipts will be online and on site as well.
